If you are not familiar with the Aviation program at EVIT\, they are one of the few high school Career and Technical programs across the country that focuses on aviation. EVIT pride’s itself on being a “prep school” for future aviation professionals that also offers dual college credit. Many of EVIT graduates are flight instructors\, commercial pilots\, certified mechanics\, air traffic controllers\, and UAS operators. Students can earn up to 22 college credits to include a private pilot license before graduation. \n\n\n\nThe 2019/20 school year is underway\, and EVIT would like to invite you to their first Advisory Council meeting / Open House. EVIT will introduce and explain the details of their program\, by letting you listen and talk with the instructors and various students. If you would like to then continue to serve on the committee\, they can always use the support. The EVIT committee helps to guide their program to adhere to industry and training standards.
