Letters of Intent for the 38th Annual Student Design Competition (2019-2020) are due Monday, Feb. 1, 2021. This year’s competition is sponsored by The Boeing Company.

VFS has also launched the inaugural Design-Build-Vertical-Flight (DBVF) competition and has selected 8 university teams! The fly-off part of the competition is due to take place April 16-17, 2021, and will be hosted by U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Army Research Laboratory (ARL) Robotics Research Collaboration Campus near Aberdeen, Maryland.
